Norma Arce

Norma Arce is our Director of Services. She began her journey at Global Power Supply as a Project Manager, where she exhibited strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of project execution. As Director of Services, Norma is responsible for overseeing the delivery of top-notch services to clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Before joining Global Power Supply in 2016, Norma held Director and Management leadership roles in member satisfaction and services at AmeriMed American Hospital and Vidanta Resorts. Over the years and throughout her professional career, Norma’s dedication and proficiency in project management have equipped her with the necessary skills to effectively manage teams, allocate resources, and mitigate risks in service delivery.

Norma holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
